Register your school on SEMS
It takes about 5 minutes. Find your school, tell us who you are, and a SEMS reviewer checks the request, usually within one working day. Once approved, you get your school code and sign-in.

Find your school
Search your state's school directory by name and LGA. Not listed? You can still register it.

Tell us who you are
Your name, your role at the school and your phone number. Only the proprietor, head or someone they authorise should register.

We verify
Confirm your email, then a state or SEMS reviewer checks the school and may call or WhatsApp you. Usually within one working day.

Set up and activate
We email your school code, a one-time password and the sign-in link. A guided setup walks you through the first day.
What to have ready
- The school's name, address and LGA
- An email address the school uses (it becomes the admin sign-in)
- The school's phone number and your own phone number
- Optional but faster: a letter on the school's letterhead, or its approval certificate (PDF or photo)
What it costs
- Registering is free. You start on SEMS Starter: school profile, school code, website and a demo.
- To add your real staff and students, pay the one-time setup fee in SEMS (a SENI discount applies in participating states).
- After that, a termly fee per teacher and per student. Parents, admins and non-teaching staff are free.
