SENI setup discounts
The Smart Education Nigeria Initiative (SENI) runs state by state. In a state where SENI is running, setup costs less. In every other state, the standard setup price applies.

Work out your school's termly fee
Only active teacher and student accounts are counted, three weeks into each term. Your school admin checks the numbers before the bill is issued. The one-time setup fee is paid separately, once.
Who pays?
Every school pays its own setup and termly fee, including schools in a group or state. Group and state setup is agreed with our sales team and covers the group or state portal.
When is the bill?
Three weeks into each term. It is due 14 days later. Accounts added during the term are billed from the next term, with no part-term charges.
How do we pay?
Online with Paystack from your SEMS dashboard, by card, bank transfer or USSD. Your school is updated as soon as you pay.
What if we pay late?
After reminders and a 14-day grace period, the school becomes view-only until it pays. Your records are never deleted.
Can we get a refund?
The setup fee cannot be refunded once setup has started. A term bill cannot be refunded once it has been issued.
